Organic Wine

This is a charming well fruited red. Showing rich ruby with purple hues, this wine has an appealing fruit driven bouquet of red berry fruit and spice layered with subtle cedary oak and nice pepper notes.  The palate reveals ripe plum and chocolate characteristics with soft silky tannins and integrated spicy notes. The mouth feel is rounded with fine chalky tannins, intense red fruits and a pleasantly dry lingering finish.  A very nicely balanced wine.

Merlot (40%), Malbec (40%) & Cabernet Franc (20%), Cellaring:  4 to 8 years from year of the vintage.

This blend shows rich dark red with violet hues, this wine has an appealing bouquet of red and black berries with discrete and elegant smoky notes and foresty aromas. The palate, rich and opulent, reveals a beautiful structure supported by pleasant soft silky tannins. The mouth feel is rounded with a persistent and very pleasant after-taste and intense aromatic flavor.
