Our latest "Art Series" Pinot Noir.  This beautiful Pinot Noir is made by one of the most awarded producers of Pinot Noir in Martinborough - the Prince of Pinot.  A nickname he rightly received for consistently making some of the best Pinot Noirs in New Zealand.
A lovely fruit driven Pinot Noir from Martinborough. Nice ripe red cherry aromas followed through on the palate with a juicy flavour of good pinot character and light oak to balance. Soft and moreish.
The painting is from the very talented Belinda Griffiths. Her work has such a natural aura, solitude and intensity - monochrome yet you can feel colour by looking at it. "Breathe" was chosen by as the Winesale.co.nz Art Series winner at the 2011 New Zealand Art Show.

An amazing Pinot Noir from the Wairarapa. Good Wairarapa Pinot Noir is hard to find at this price and this one really delivers. The wine was hand crafted from four different clones, pressed and matured in French oak barriques.
It displays a dark crimson red colour with a vibrant nose of sweet cheries, raspberries and plums. Sweet fruit with a good body and a dry finish. Drinking well now and will cellar for the next three years.

 Berries, Berries and a few more berries. Wrapped around crsip acidity and warm alcohol. Rather a delicious summer wine.

 Margrain, so often overlooked because of historical reasons. They are however one of the best producers of wine in Martinborough. This Sauvignon Blanc does not disappoint. This dry, mineral laden wine is the most perfect oyster and shell fish wine you will find in New Zealand.
