A brilliant foil / alternative to Prossecco with added bubbles and liveliness . This great little bubbly hails from the North east of Italy and puts to shame many of the local sparkling Pinot Gris that have originated in the last couple of years..From the ethos of "what do we do with our overcropped and unwanted ' Pinot gris grapes !
