Fruit from Marlborough adds acidity to the wine, Hawkes Bay gives stone fruit flavours, Waipara delivers beautiful aromatics, blossom. This Pinot Gris entices you with fresh pear, peach, nuances of almond meal. Rich fruit with a touch of creaminess and subtle spice leads into a lively, off-dry finish.

Pressed lightly, settled in tank before the batch being split in two. 15% was fermented in barrel whilst the balance was tank fermented. The barrel fermented potion under went a secondary fermentation to add body and complexity to the wine. The tank potion was fermented with a touch of residual sugar (RS) to balance with the fruity flavours.

Blend of five batches of Merlot. More fruit driven portions were selected for this wine to maximise early drinkability. Aged in older oak for 12 months to develop and soften tannins.

Silver Medal - Japan Wine Challenge 2017
This is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc which is consistently produced in a fuller, riper, softer style that develops well. Clean, fresh and tropical, with fruit from several vineyards situated throughout Marlborough.
Typically pungent with grapefruit, latana and blackcurrant.  The palate is well balanced, sweet-fruited and juicey with tropical fruits and blackcurrant.
