Pale salmon-pink colour.  The nose is soft and clean with gently filling and delicate aromas of yellow stonefruits and red berries, revealing herbal elements.  Dryish to taste, light red fruits, currants and herbal flavours are supported by soft, creamy textures. The flavours fade, and lead to a light finish.  This is a clean, fresh and gentle cremant rose.

Founded in 1909 by Eugene Charmat, the inventor of the 'second fermentation in tank' process, the company which produces Pol Clement is dedicated to high quality wines. The flavor profile reveals apple, pear and a yeasty undertone all the way to the bold and refreshing lemon-crisp finish. It offers the characteristic food versatility that many are looking for in a sparkling wine or simply as an appetizing aperitif."
