Moa Cherry Sour 2014 Vintage is a barrel fermented and aged cherry sour beer. Brewed with a wheat beer base and whole Marlborough cherries harvested in December 2014, with 12 months in a combination of tank and barrel on both the skins and stones, cherry flavours are very upfront. Farmyard characters are evident from the Brettanomyces yeast and it is tart rather than over acidic. A food friendly beer well matched with Brie or aged Gouda.

A light, easy drinking, full-flavoured mid-strength New Zealand Pale Ale. Hopped and dry hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, this beer has a solid 40 IBUs with characteristic tropical fruits dominating the senses - melon, mango and passionfruit are evident along with a citrus bite.

Made from 100% New Zealand, grown apples and fermented with French Oak, Moa Apple Cider has a typical crisp green apple aroma and the clean refreshing taste is finished, nicely with medium sweetness.

Simple is not that easy to brew! Using a single malt (Bohemian Pils), a single hop (Czech Saaz) and only one type of yeast (Budvar Lager). This beer uses quite a lot of hops and will often be considered to be too hoppy for the style, which is a Czech style-Pilsner. Confidence, control and restraint are crucial to creating a good product. It was the first printed can we released. Up until this point all of the cans had been sticker labelled.

Moa Five Hop is a New Zealand take on a traditional English Ale. Using five Nelson hops; Cascade, Pacifica, Motueka, Hallertau and Sauvin to give the beer a savoury, hoppy nose and creamy, honeyed characters on the palate.  

Brewed with Vienna and Pale Wheat malts, dry hopped with a blend of Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops, giving a strong citrus and lemongrass aroma. The use of our Belgian ale yeast and coriander for spicing, gives the beer complexity and depth of flavour. The perfect marriage between a Belgian Wit and an I.P.A.

Moa North Pacific is a bold American Pale Ale. With a balanced bitterness and malt profile, this beer is all about the aromatics, grapefruit and lemon with hints of green tea from the generous use of Lemondrop hops. Playing second fiddle are Citra and Columbus Hops. North Pacific APA celebrates the great hops from Americas West Coast.
