The nose has good volume and vinosity with gentle fruit expression, opening to show ripe yellow stonefruits intermixed with pears and nuances of honey and florals.
Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the flavours of ripe yellow stonefruits and pears are gently luscious and rich, and stylishly subtle. Soft acidity adds to the weight and rounded mouthfeel. The palate follows a fine thread of dry phenolic textures that carry the wine to a long, dry finish with honeysuckle and spice nuances. This is a dry Pinot Gris with subtle stonefruit and honeysuckle flavours and a fine, dry-textured mouthfeel.
