This Te Ahu is showing a star-bright pale yellow colour. The subtle and complex nose is dominated by a very nice ‘savouriness’, some notes of ripe apricot, candied citrus, coffee beans and almonds. It is dry with a crisp acidity. Full bodied with a great texture, round and smooth. A racy acidity giving a nice backbone, it has a long and aromatic length.
