A small parcel of fruit from one of the older blocks of shiraz was fermented in an open slate fermenter. The wine was matured in older American oak hogsheads for just over one year. This is a lovely rich style of red that is a delight to drink. A typically full, robust Barossa Shiraz.

Nice, smooth red. Easy drinking style, good to let it breathe a little bit before enjoying, went really well with a rich vintage cheddar & crackers.

Gold Medal Reviewer - Top 10 ranked wine reviewer!

Great rich dark red plum with a long lasting spicy oak flavour.We injoyed this greatly and it went well with our beef meal.Will be buying more of this good value.
