Did I really only pay 10.99 for this wine? A well-balanced wine in a slightly drier style (ala Pinot Grigio), this has good acidity as well as some honey tones. I quite enjoyed it on its own, but could easily serve it up with a cheese platter, creamy pasta, or light fish. Not as complex as some of the other Winesale Pinot Gris I've sampled, but very versatile and an absolute bargain at this price.

 This is a delightful Gewürztraminer with a complex aromas of rose petal, lychee, and spice. It has bright acidity and a dry finish. This wine is a beautiful accompaniment to spicy Asian food. It is hard work to get a top New Zealand Gewürztraminer at this price but once again the Cellar 9 team has delivered the goods - the perfect wine for a night out at the local BYO Asian cafe!
