This is a wonderfully luscious wine with aromas of pear and spice on the nose and tropical richness on the palate which is well-balanced and off-dry. The Mount Hector Wines over deliver on the deliciousness for an absolute steal of a price. Love this wine with cheeses, blue in particular or just by itself.

nicely balanced, with some floral notes, like in a Sauv Blanc - gives it a very nice taste. However I am not going to buy it again, as I like dry wines, and this is definitely a bit sweet.

This is a delightful Gewürztraminer with a complex aromas of rose petal, lychee, and spice. It has bright acidity and a dry finish. This wine is a beautiful accompaniment to spicy Asian food. It is hard work to get a top New Zealand Gewürztraminer at this price but once again the Cellar 9 team has delivered the goods - the perfect wine for a night out at the local BYO Asian cafe!
