A brilliant foil / alternative to Prossecco with added bubbles and liveliness . This great little bubbly hails from the North east of Italy and puts to shame many of the local sparkling Pinot Gris that have originated in the last couple of years..From the ethos of "what do we do with our overcropped and unwanted ' Pinot gris grapes ! This is clean as a whistle and trully refreshing . Well worth a try .

I put a 3 rating as I cannot remember this one. We probably opened it late in the day on New Years day after we had consumed much since the champagne breakfast.

Just the cutest bottle ever. Pretty light-hearted easy drinking fizz. Food probably not needed, goes good with chips. This is a non-serious, take-to-a-party bottle of bubbles. Marginally more classy than that sh!te you buy at the supermarket. Would be excellent for making champagne cocktails too.
