Aromas of vanilla and brioche with hints of honey and acacia. The palate is ample and generous in the mouth with flavours of almond paste and vanilla. The finish is bright and fresh.
The Grand d'Ardèche is fermented in traditional in oak barrels (20% being new barrels which are made by the cooperage at Loutour) aprroximately for 10 months with complete malolactic fermentation.
