A beautiful blockbuster of a Chardonnay that will reward the patient should it be cellar for another 3-5 years. This single vineyard Hawkes Bay wine is a real Chardonnay lovers Chardonnay. Barrel fermented and aged in new and aged oak casks, the wine is full of stonefruit, citrus and evident toasty oak characters. This is a highly recommended wine, call us if you want to get a great deal on a case or two!

From thirty five year old vines with trunks as thick as thighs, this unique wine embraces everything that is so good about Gewürztraminer. Hugely aromatic with a pronounced and pungent perfume, the ensuing palate is rich, weighty and oily with intense, lingering flavours of exotic fruits and spices. Haunting, unwavering and highly desirable.

Produced with much love and care from the Barnsley vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. Low cropping levels produce intensely flavoured grapes that were hand-picked and pressed to old French oak barriques for a long, slow, wild fermatation. This off-dry Pinot Gris is rich and weighty with gorgeous honeycomb and pear flavours.

The 2014 vintage made a huge impact, winning a trophy and gold medals galore. The 2015 is no slouch either with lemon curd, white nectarine and honeydrew. The palate is floral with a touch of sweetness. This is one beautiful cool climate Albarino!

In bright suns-yellow shining, opulent aromas reminding of rosewood, orange peel and english yellow roses, followed from notes like licorice and exuberant oriental aroma like orange oil and cardamom. The as well juicy and excessive sweetness flatters the tongue, meanwhile the strong body with a touch of minerality and the delicate acid dance harmoniously, paired with a great rosy final. A wine who sparkling aromatically like a palace. 

Refreshing and elegant, Cape Crest ’16 is a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc of distinct refinement. Pale, straw-coloured and with flecks of brilliant lime-green, this sauvignon blend has complexing aromas of gooseberry, fennel, grapefruit and red currants. Toasted coconut and textured spice from French oak development combines with guava, mango, concentrated citrus, white flowers and creamy, clover honey to give this moreish wine its unique level of weight, depth and length.

This intriguing Chardonnay is a finely balanced blend of our very best Hawkes Bay vineyards. Full, rich and creamy, it tantalises with intense apricot and grapefruit flavours, complimented with butterscotch and flinty fresh lemon-lime notes. Maturation in quality oak barrels has further contributed spicy nutmeg and vanilla accents. Complex and vibrant, this wine is immediately appealing, and will also greatly reward cellaring over the medium term.
