A lighter red from 2008 naturally showing some bottle age and savouriness, that is the ideal partner to a good spaghetti bolognaise. The wine is honest and unpretentious.

 This Pinot has a bright medium ruby red colour. Elegant and poised nose with undergrowth, savoury and cherry notes. It is dry, with a balanced and fresh acidity, medium body and fine grain tannins. Ripe yet fresh it has nice spicy notes, long length with lots of character and purity.

Layered aromas of cassis, berry, coffee and mocha come with regional Cafayate green notes. The palate is lively and offers ribald acidity along with red plum, berry, vanilla, spice and toast flavors. Turns more oaky the longer it's open, with vanilla and dill on the finish.

 This Pinot has a dark red cherry colour. The nose is bright, brambly with boysenberry and wild fruit notes. The palate is soft, big and attractive with full tannins and quite an austere texture which will evolve to a more velvety structure as the wine ages. Very good balance, long and mineral length. 

Powerful fruit-focused wine with strong dark cherry and black doris plum flavours that are flattered by a seasoning of classy oak. I particularly like the wine’s fruit purity - that has cleverly been allowed to remain in centre-stage. Delicious wine.
