We drank this alongside a South australian shiraz and matched it with a spicy chicken dish which the Estola worked better with we thought. Agree with another reviewer that the temparanillo was overshadowed by the Cabernet but the blend works and at 7 years is drinking very well with potential for further cellaring. A very good alternative to Aus/NZ reds. Definitely a food wine and would probably give it 4.5 stars if possible
