Pale yellow in colour with a touch of green; lychee, peach, pear, and lemon on the nose. Great balance with nice acidity, better when just a bit chilled rather than room temperature. Mostly pear, apple, lime on tasting but has a hint of ginger and pepper. We had this with Indian curries and it worked well.
