James McAnally (Dunedin)
A nice easy drinking wine. Summer fruits bouquet which follow through onto the palate. A hint of spice to finish. I didn't notice any oak which used to yell Chardonnay a few years back. Not a great wine, but very good for the price and I feel would be good to drink on its own or with a lot of milder dishes, chicken I feel would be good. We drank it with a bit of cheese and crackers mid afternoon, and it suited this well.
