88 Points - Cameron Douglas
"Toasty, creamy, peachy. Aromas of bottle age and integration with nut and cream then some citrus pith. On the palate - quite tense with some phenolic action. Flavours of peaches and vanilla, sour cream and lemon. Firm, dry, ready. 2022." Sept 2020

Established in 1989 Ashwell vineyards is a 4 hectare site located on the now famed Martinborough terrace. The family owned site is tended by John Phipps and his wife Vivienne. The wines are then made by Paul Mason at Martinborough vineyards.

Aromas of citrus/grapefruit. A broad and weighty palate showing toast, roasted nut, brioche and oak flavours.
