New Zealand’s East Coast is renowned for its Chardonnay, so we’ve sourced fruit from throughout the region for this wine.

Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine matured on French oak for eight months with regular lees stirring to maximise flavour.
