Raphael Bereche is recognised as one of Champagnes rising stars by Peter Liem's Champagneguide.net. The family's vinification practices leans toward a traditional method where different parcels are vinified separately. Natural yeast is used in smaller tanks, selected yeast is used in larger tanks and malolactic fermentaion is avoided, this allows the wine to be full in flavour and finely balanced at a low dosage while showing firmness of structure.
An supremely elegant Champagne with a fruity bouquet of soft apple, apricot and red berry. Beautiful and simple with fine acidity and lively, appley fruit on the palate with a clean, fresh finish - 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier
