93 Points and Five Stars -  Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
"Bright and youthfully charming, the inviting bouquet shows Black Doris plum, sweet cherry, floral and subtle spice aromas, leading to a juicy palate that’s supple and rounded. It’s pristine and flavoursome with velvety tannins, making it delightfully appealing. At its best: now to 2023" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2020

92 Points - Cameron Douglas Ms
"Vibrant purple and ruby appearance lead to aromas of equal vibrato - dark cherry and raspberry then scents of toasty wood and clove. On the palate - young and fruity, varietal and fleshy, flavours of cherries, red apples and raspberry then violets and roses, baking spices and mild sweet vanilla wood. Balanced and well made, young and fresh. Could do with some cellar time so decant for service or best enjoyed from mid 2021 through 2025."

Bargain Otago Pinot!

This ever popular label is super quaffable and easy drinking in style..Made underthe watchful eye of super star winemaker Dave Clouston and always consistent.

From a vineyard in the Bendigo sub-region, the fruit was hand harvested from traditional Pinot Noir clones 5, 115 and 777. The wine was hand plunged with 8% whole bunch before being aged in predominately mature French oak barrels.

With dark purple hues, this savoury pinot noir releases lifted aromas of raspberry and dark cherry with hints of iodine and black olive. The palate is full of kirsch cherry and cassis flavours, umami, liquorice and a sprinkling of dried herbs. A focussed frame and crunchy tannins contribute to a glossy mouth feel and a slightly peppery finish. Pair with chargrilled meats and game dishes.
