4/5 Stars, Joelle Thomson
"Incredibly tasty Chardonnay from Waipara Valley in the heart of the arid North Canterbury landscape. This Chardonnay is rich and creamy with fresh citrusy flavours of lemon and tangy grape fruit. It’s full bodied, smooth and dry. A tasty little number from one of this country’s most under rated, over performing wine regions."  (Joel Thomson 2018 vintage)

We are on to a winner here...........The Black hole 2018 Chardonnay was a sell out in no time. This vintage is set to be awesome!!

From vines situated in the heart of Waipara Valley. This North Canterbury region has an excellent reputation for elegant and expressive Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and aromatics, with other varieties achieving outstanding results. The cool, dry climate with high sunshine and a long growing season, promotes full varietal expression.

Aromas of cashew, banana and citrus. Rich and creamy on the palate, full bodied and a delightful mineral finish. Excellent value.
