90 POINTS - Jane Faulkner, Halliday Wine Companion 2019
"A pleasant lighter weighted wine with the raspberry acidity of tempranillo guiding this plus flavours of cherry and pips with musk, charry oak with wood spices and grainy tannins. With the price in mind, it's in a very good spot."

For this year’s blend we selected grapes grown in the Barossa sub regions of Tanunda on the Valley Floor (Tempranillo), Seppeltsfield on the Western Ridge(Garnacha) and Koonunga, Northern Barossa (Graciano). It is this tapestry of “terroirs” which enables us to recreate a classic Spanish blend with a unique Barossa twist.

Lifted aromas of cherry and raspberry are accompanied by spicy, dark berry and forest fruits on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barrels.
