This Cabernet shows true character of the region through dark, brooding berry fruit flavours with earth and undergrowth. Subtle floral, violet-like aromas and flavours with vanilla and cedar meandering through the rich fruit flavours with subtle dried herb and tobacco nuance.

Sourced from two neighbouring blocks of a well-established vineyard and picked early in the morning to avoid the heat of the day. 100% destemmed and partially fermented in steel tank and older oak before blending and maturation for 9 months in mostly second use oak. Bottled with minimal fining and filtration and released after three months maturation in bottle.
