AUSTRALIA’S FIRST CHARDONNAY VINEYARD PLANTED 1972 COWRA PROVIDED FRUIT FOR CROSER’S FIRST PETALUMA CHARDONNAY IN 1977.
Supportive oak, 50% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.

A sophisticated Chardonnay without being over the top.

Aromas of peach, melon and lemon butter followed by rich tropical fruit, intense and full of distinctive flavour on the palate due to the mineral rich soil. Subtle oak maturation combined with a hint of minerality leads to a crisp and lively finish.

*Gulfstream wines are linked to BREEF (Bahamas Reef Educational Environment Foundation) to help save the Bahamas Reef, Grouper breeding grounds, the Queen Conch and Lobster beds. Part of the proceeds of each bottle of Gulfstream sold are donated to BREEF to help ensure a healthy marine environment.
