GOLD -  Berlin Wine Trophy (2016)
GOLD – China Wine &Spirits (2016)

Australian Chardonnay represents “sunshine in the glass”. Immediate bouquet integrity – with it’s composition of depth of structure and a backbone of great minerality.

AUSTRALIA’S FIRST CHARDONNAY VINEYARD PLANTED 1972 COWRA PROVIDED FRUIT FOR CROSER’S FIRST PETALUMA CHARDONNAY IN 1977.
Immediate first impression is unequivocally Chardonnay. Supportive oak, it has 50% malolactic acid but not overpowering the fruit flavours – exceptional flavourlength.
A sophisticated Chardonnay without being too serious. A step up for the everyday maturing palate looking for more subtlety but still uncompromisingly Chardonnay. An exceptional go-to everyday wine for the engaged Chardonnay drinker.

Aromas of peach, melon and lemon butter followed by rich tropical fruit, intense and full of distinctive flavour on the palate due to the mineral rich soil. Subtle oak maturation combined with a hint of minerality leads to a crisp and lively finish.
