The Cauvard family has been working the vines for 400 years but it is only for 40 years, or 3 generations, that the estate exists as a winegrower producer. Henri Cauvard, assisted by his son Julien, is the president of ODG "Les Vins de Beaune" Their wines truly represent love and passion for the Beaune Appellation, which they produce so well.

Pommard les Noizons, is a sought after village appellation within the Cotes Du Beaune. Noizons is not a Premier Cru, but its excellent location above Pézerolles merits more than a village classification, the slightly higher altitude giving a fresh and chalky style of Pommard.
