"It's pristine and elegant, showing crunchy apple, fresh pear, passionfruit and floral characters on the nose, followed by a succulent palate that delivers lovely roundness and smooth mouthfeel, finishing juicy and refreshing" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2020

"Fleshy, ripe and fruity bouquet with a core varietal signature of green per and golden apple laced with touch of spice. Equally fruity and bright on the palate with flavours that reflect the nose, medium+ acidity and a steely zesty citrus note then a whisper of ginger an beer. Balanced and well made - ready to enjoy from today and through Summer 2022."

Made By Lawson’s Dry Hills

Fragrant pear, red apple and stone-fruit aromas lead to a predominantly dry yet weight palate with fresh, bright fruit characters and a gentle balance of acidity. 100% certified sustainable.

Grapes for this wine are from Wairau Valley vineyards. The 2020 vintage was truly outstanding, and this wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that they tasted in the vineyard. After gently pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless-steel at cool temperatures to retain the fresh aromatics and stone-fruit flavours.
