The Winesale tasting team love this wine!

Only made in exceptional years and from the oldest vines in the Gladstone Block vineyard, planted in 2003.

A classic style of Pinot with notes of savoury red cherry and berry fruits with notes of dark and dried herbs, along with spicy elements, nutty, cedary oak and a subtle smokiness. Flavours are mouth-filling and supported by a fine-grained, supple tannin structure, with balanced acidity. A lingering savoury red fruited finish with spice and cedar nuances.

Hand-picked during March and April, and hand sorted Maceration and fermentation for approximately three weeks, 20% whole bunch. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in premium oak barrique, before being bottled unfiltered and un-fined. Only 800 bottles produced.

TOP QUALITY, drinking beautifully.
