South Eastern Australia covers basically all of Australias wine regions except Western Australia. This wine super zone is of course well known for its spicy and thick skinned Shiraz. Often overlooked and therefor underpriced. Blackcurranty and eucalypt ladden Cabernet also thrives here. Classically Australian Cabernet is softer and fuller in style than its european counterparts.

 

This little beaut offers; Dark aromas of blackcurrant, herbal edge and chocolatey undertones. Medium-bodied and full of rich ripe and dark fruit. 

Try pairing with red meat or cheeses.
