This Chardonnay make use of old world techniques, including wild fermentation and lees stirring to create wines of richness and intrigue, none more so than this latest 2016 Main Divide Chardonnay.
Fat, ripe and creamy, with nutty, buttery textures and a long, flinty finish with hints of fennel and ginger, this Chardonnay is highly complex but also highly enjoyable. Best between now and 2023.
