A crowd favourite! This is a vibrant cool climate Rose, pale pink in the glass with effusive aromas of strawberry and melon on the nose. The palate is lively with raspberry and peachy flavours balanced with a smooth fresh fruity finish. Excellent on its own or with a wide variety of foods.

The majority of the fruit was gently pressed off immediately, while a smaller portion had more prolonged skin contact to extract colour. The juice was then fermented at cool temperatures with aromatic yeast to capture the beautiful fresh aromas. After a short lees aging period the component wines were blended and prepared for early bottling.
