This is a vibrant cool climate Rose, pale pink in the glass with aromas of strawberry and melon on the nose. The palate is lively with raspberry and stone fruit flavours, subtle creaminess and a long fresh finish. Excellent on its own or match with crayfish, prawns or salmon.

The Pinot Noir fruit for this Rose was sourced from a Vineyard in the Opaki region, north of Masterton. The Pinot Gris component was sourced from a Vineyard in the Gladstone area which is located near the eastern foothills of Wairarapa.

This Rose is a blend of Pinot Gris (92.5%) and Pinot Noir (7.5%).

We harvested the fruit in a range of fruit flavor spectrums to create a complex Rose. The fruit was then pressed off and cool fermented, while a smaller portion spent more time on skins, before being added for colour.

The component wines were then blended to maximize fruit freshnes
