Millton winery was established in 1984. They were the first wine producer in New Zealand to gain Bio-Gro certification for organic wine production (1989) and the first in the Southern Hemisphere to gain the biodynamic certification Demeter (2009). Their four dry farmed vineyards are all farmed biodynamically and this level of care and attention shows in the quality of the resulting wines.

Aromas of apricots and flowers, spice and organic, raw minerals. Dry on the plate with a core of fruit and concentration, flowers and yellow stone fruits; medium+ acidity, decent weight and coarse silk texture. Lengthy finish, varietal, creamy and balanced.
