"It is nicely fruited and fragrant on the nose showing golden peach, apple, vanilla and roasted nut characters, leading to a succulent palate that is rounded and creamy. The wine offers tasty fruit flavours together with elegant oak nuances, finishing long and silky. At its best: now to 2021"

Harvested in the cool mornings of late March, the cold Chardonnay grapes were brought in to the winery and gently pressed. The juice was then fermented warm and aged for 12 months on yeast lees undergoing a full malolactic conversion before being prepared and bottled. Aromas of ripe stone-fruit with subtle oak. The palate is rich and balanced with generous layered flavours of stone-fruit, melon and citrus, that gives the wine a lovely mouthfeel and length.

This Chardonnay is a perfect accompaniment to chicken and creamy pasta dishes.
