This flagship wine of Navarro Correas represents the best of Mendoza Cabernet - a balanced wine displaying absolute harmony between fruit and oak.

Navarro Correas vineyard, located in the heart of the Mendoza region dates back as far as 1798. It was then that Don Juan Correas first planted vineyards at this site. The family supplied grapes to larger negociants until 1974, when they bottled their own wine. Located in the exclusive district of Agrelo at the foothill of the Andes, 36 hectares producing to quality wines.

The grapes are sourced from three different selected blocks, which confers different characteristics to the wine. The blocks are located as follows: one in Gualtallary (Tupungato, Uco Valley), which offers spicy aromas and intense fruity flavors. The second is in Los Árboles (Tunuyán, Uco Valley) and confers herbal notes that translate into a refreshing feel. Finally, the third block is located in Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo) and contributes structured and delicate red fruit flavors. The art of blending these three blocks ultimately renders a complex and balanced wine.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 25 days. 12 months in oak.

This Cabernet has an intensely ruby red color, offering aromas and flavors evoking red currants, tobacco and blackberries with herbal and paprika notes. Structured tannins, a medium-high body and a velvety texture.
