This is serious drinking, elegant, complex and dry.

Cava made in the Champagne method. Bright, soft fruit flavours. White peach, apple, pear, melon and lime fruit on the nose, with a gentle creamy smokiness from the time this Cava spent on its lees. Rich flavours of apple, honeydew, peach and mineral notes on its fruit-forward and nicely balanced palate, with a clean, tropical fruit infused finish.

The traditional Cava grapes come from vines of around 50 years old and are naturally low yielding of high quality fruit. The wine spends 18mnths on the lees, building complexity.
