"Hill & Valley wines showcase the great diversity of the regions surrounding the winery. From the cooler Adelaide Hills to the elevated Eden Valley vineyard to those situated on the Barossa Valley floor, these ancient soils provide the base for great wines that speak of their origins.
Sourced from the Rosenzweig vineyard located in Nuriootpa. The vineyard is planted in grey sandy loam soil over red clay
Prominent in the great red wines of Rioja and Ribera del Duero of northern Spain. These two famous regions cast similarities to the Barossa floor, for which Tempranillo has found its other natural home.
Medium intensity, ruby-red core with a bright crimson edge. Lifted dark plum and cherry chocolate aromas accompanied by pretty vanilla and spice notes. Medium-bodied with a supple mid-palate texture, showing super bright cherry and blueberry fruit intensity and lovely chalky tannins that enhance the vibrancy and length of flavour."
