Pierrick Harang is a winemaker with a difference. Having inherited his passion for winemaking from his oenologist father, Pierrick decided that the way forward for him was not to borrow heavily to purchase a winery and all the necessary equipment, but to use his skills to produce his own range of wines – in someone else's cellars. So Pierrick has an agreement with les Celliers Jean d'Alibert, whereby he makes their wines for them, but also vinifies his own wines in their winery. Pierrick's wines are modern and cleanly made, very much fruit-driven in style, with minimal use of oak.

Deep Ink garnet-red with purple tints. Strong and complex nose with blackberry, truffles and notes of liquorice. Bold in structure with soft tannins. densely flavoured showing forrest fruits, spices and a touch of molasses.

Try with roast lamb or eggplant dishes
