4 Stars & 90 Points - Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine reviews, CandiceWineChat
"Bright, medium yellow-gold, even colour throughout. The nose is full, with aromas of pineapple and guava intertwined with citrus and raw nut. Medium-full bodied, aromas of pineapple, guava and grapefruit peels melded with raw nut and spice. The fruit is generous, supported by excellent, fresh acidity; oxidative elements contribute to nutty notes and add interest. This white blend expresses a warm climate fruit spectrum with fresh acidity and oxidative interest on a smooth palate. Match with grilled prawns and poultry over the next 2-3 years. A blend of Malvasia Fina, Bical, Encruzado and Cerceal Branco, fermented to 13% alc. Dec 2022"
