“A crowd-pleasingly tasty chardonnay; the nicely lifted bouquet shows white nectarine, rock melon, hazelnut and vanilla characters. The palate is succulent and beautifully rounded, and displays attractive fruit weight and creamy texture, elegantly structured by fine acidity.”

The Pinot Gris was a hit...heres some Chardonnay to follow..just as impressive

The fruit was machine picked and gently pressed directly to a mix of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurred with a mix of indigenous and cultured yeasts (Burgundy isolates). The wine was then left to mature in its fermentation vessels on lees for a further 6 months, before being racked and blended.
