The Stoneburn vineyards are situated in the heart of the Wairau Valley in Marlborough on a stony riverbed site. Founded in 1989, Stoneburn has gone from strength to strength focusing on producing quality wines at an affordable price for every day drinkingThis Pinot Noir has medium body with strawberry and black cherry fruit aromas. The palate combines the flavours of black cherry, spice and subtle French oak to produce a soft, full wine.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, around half the fruit was picked by hand, and the remainder by machine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks before transfer to a mix of one and two year old French oak barrels where it matures for 18 months.
