Gold Medal – London International Wine Challenge 2017

5 Stars & Number 2 Cuisine Under $100 Champagne Tasting, October 2019 (NV)
"A delicate style with crisp citrus and ripe herbal aromas with flavours of brioche, honeysuckle, red fruits and clotted cream. Very well structured with a chalkiness that provides balance and persistence."

40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir & 30% Pinot Meunier

One of the best and easily recognisable names from Champagne. Also one of the last to remain independent as it is still owned and actively managed by the family named on the label. Renown for its elegance and finesse, Taittinger Brut Reserve NV is distinguished by a delicate nose marked by subtle brioche notes, it has a palate of considerable depth and balance with hints of honey and fresh fruit with a long fresh finish. Aged for three to four years in the Taittinger cellars where it achieves perfect maturity this is a beautiful wine blessed with developed aromatics.
