93 points/ 5 stars - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
"A splendid rendition of the variety; the beautifully fragrant bouquet shows poached pear, mango, peach and floral characters with subtle spicy nuances. The palate is succulent and wonderfully weighted, delivering lovely textural mouthfeel backed by refreshing acidity, finishing long and delightfully appealing. At its best: now to 2022" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

Four stars - Yvonne Lorkin
"A squeak of skin contact has given this gris a super-sexy rose-gold blush in the glass and aroma-wise it ticks all the boxes in terms of quince, baked pear, peachy notes and all sorts of fresh spices that also osmose across the palate.  The acidity is clean, focused and precise, and there’s a nectarine stone and walnutty flicker on the finish.  Good stuff."

Ripe and nicely perfumed, this wine shows beautiful aromas of pear and honeysuckle with a touch of ginger. The palate is richly textured with a balanced sweetness, crisp acidity and a pleasant long finish. Fabulous gris! A steal at this price............

After gently pressing, the juice was cool settled and later the clear juice racked to tank for a cool fermentation. All of the above allowed for preserved fruit purity and enhanced aromatics. Post ferment, the wine was left on yeast lees and stirred to add texture and mouthfeel. It was then blended and prepared for bottling
