Rich and ripe raspberries balanced with subtle notes of white pepper. Well intergrated soft tannis providing great lenth and finish.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards in South Eastern Australia.

The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed before being fermented on oak at cooler temperatures for 5-7 days. This has allowed the fruit flavours to be nurtured, while enabling the retention of varietal characteristics. The majority of this wine was then matured in stainless steel tanks with a portion transferred onto French and American Oak. This modern, mid-weight Shiraz is designed for immediate drinking.
