Orgainictastic!!

Chris Darling and Bart Arnst teamed up in 2007. After making great wine for other people they decided to make great wine for themselves under The Darling label. Using only certified organic grapes to make their wines, they find it increases quality and gives certainty to the integrity of the wines. With over 45 years of winemaking experience between them, Chris and Bart make regional, complex wines, that drink well on any occasion. Winning winery of the Year in the NZ Organic Wine Awards in 2019.

Grapes are sourced from an organic vineyard in the Rapaura region of the Wairau Valley of Marlborough.

Intense aromas of pear and spice are the first thing you will notice. This follows through on the palate while the barrel fermented portion adds a softness and texture to the wine while also adding great length of flavour.

Great with spiced dishes, and poultry
