Lifted lemon/lime citrus fruit with delicate floral and sherbet notes. A medium bodied and lively wine with vibrant fruit flavours. This wine has a hint of sweetness to add suppleness and to finely balance the clean, refreshing acidity. Ideally suited to Asian cuisine, crisp green salads and ‘fusion’ foods. This wine is excellent to whet the appetite before a meal, or to cleanse the palate afterwards.

I would consider this one "off dry" in character - lots of fruit with light acidity and good balance.  Really long finish on this one.  Enjoy as a sipper or with mildly spicy food; would be perfect with some appetizers next time you're out on the patio with friends enjoying the sun and BBQ.  Good value!
