Aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and grapefruit amplified by notes of flint, lemongrass and jalapeno. The palate has a tight, seamless structure with vibrant and pure fruit flavours which persist on the long, clean acid finish. The 'Greg' Sauvignon Blanc is a versatile style, crafted for enjoyment upon release or within 2-3 years if carefully cellared. Such bottle ageing typically adds an appealing flinty complexity.

A nice relaxing time on Christmas day, and a great bottle to share. But what a surprise. It didn't strike me as a traditional Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, but was beautiful to drink together on this occasion. Subtle citris would describe it for me, but the "seamless structure" sums it up beautifully. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Nice easy wine to drink. Can be drunk with almost anything or just chill out on the patio with good company.
