"Bright, fresh and delicately aromatic pinot noir with plum, dark cherry and lightly charred oak flavours. Moderately high energy wine, with a backbone of gently drying tannins. An accessible wine with moderate cellaring potential. Drink 2019 - 2024." Bob Campbell

A beautifully elegant style of Pinot noir, fine tannins and depth of flavour, made by Pete Bartle.

13% whole bunch fermentation.  100% French Oak for 10 months.  Vegetarian friendly.

Here's what the winery say...."Ripe hand picked fruit, gentle winemaking and maturation in French oak have resulted in a complex and powerful wine, with aromas of red berry fruits and violets, a rich and silky smooth palate and a long spicy finish. A great example of one of the best Central Otago Pinot Noirs. Excellent value, drinking fantastically well now and will develop and cellar for several years."....

We say.............. "If you havent tried Wooing Tree, you should. Worth every cent."
