Located in Néac, adjoined to the high terrace of Pomerol, the vines of Chateau Garraud Treytins spread over 46 hectares. 40ha in Lalande de Pomerol and 6 in Montagne Saint Emilion, these wines express the complexity and richness of their terroir. The domaine focuses on 3 varietals: Merlot (80%), Cabernet Franc (17%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%).

Almost black ruby hue, generous bouquet of sour cherry jam and spice. The palate shows lovely volume, with noticeable yet well-coated tannins, and a long, elegant finish.

90% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon

Slightly more than 5 hectares on soils ranging from sandy-loam to gravel located partially on a hillside.

Sorting of the harvested grapes, full destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, control of the maceration process and vinification temperatures. Aged in concrete tanks.
